Job Summary

Lead Height, based in Chinar Park, Kolkata, is seeking a proactive Meta Ads Executive to join their digital marketing team. This full-time, office-based position involves planning, managing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns to drive lead generation, boost engagement, and enhance overall campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and oversee Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
• Conduct thorough audience research leveraging demographics, interests, and behavioral data to target effectively.
• Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve key metrics such as click-through rate, cost per click, conversion rates, and return on investment.
• Carry out A/B testing to identify the most effective ads, creatives, and audience segments.
• Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to align ad creatives and overall campaign strategies.
• Track daily and weekly campaign performance, preparing detailed reports and insights.
• Manage and optimize allocated campaign budgets efficiently.
• Ensure all advertisements align with broader marketing goals and lead generation targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 1 and 2 years of practical experience managing Facebook and Instagram ads.
• Familiarity with campaign structure, targeting options, and ad optimization techniques.
• Basic understanding of performance marketing and lead generation concepts.
• Capability to analyze campaign data and make strategic, data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Ads or alternative paid advertising platforms.
• Knowledge of broader digital marketing strategies and analytics tools.
