Senior Workplace Manager

Overview

The Workplace Services team leads efforts to deliver an outstanding workplace experience across regional offices by driving strategy, enhancing performance, and increasing productivity and cost-efficiency. They execute innovative programs to offer a personalized and user-focused workplace journey, collaborating with various teams to maximize space utilization and maintain essential services. The team continuously evolves practices to strengthen company culture and cultivate a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and development for vendor teams managing workplace services across one or multiple sites, including maintenance reporting, ticketing systems, operational improvements, communications, forums, and office amenities.
• Manage vendors and suppliers by tracking KPI performance, negotiating contracts, reviewing service agreements, and ensuring service quality in cleaning and contractor services.
• Handle budgeting and inventory by analyzing costs, managing expenses, and ensuring adequate stock of supplies, displays, and signage in regional offices.
• Promote an employee- and business-centric atmosphere by collaborating with Catering, Real-Estate & Facilities, EHS, Security, and IT teams to optimize space use, increase productivity, support events, community activities, well-being initiatives, and merchandise efforts.
• Collect and analyze data to generate insights and recommendations using reports and visual tools to support data-driven workplace improvements.
• Lead and assist in managing full project lifecycles for initiatives such as office relocations, internal programs, and regional events, ensuring governance, tracking, and timely execution.
• Embrace continuous improvement by innovating workplace solutions, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing programs that enhance productivity and company expansion.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Bachelor's degree (BA).
• Comprehensive experience in workplace, office, community, events, and facilities management.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Strong leadership with skills in team development, business partnership, and stakeholder engagement.
• Project and program management expertise coupled with problem-solving acumen and sound judgment in complex scenarios.
• Availability to work onsite weekdays and travel internationally as needed.

Preferred:

• Experience in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contractor/vendor oversight and financial management including budgeting and P&L.
• Proven ownership and analytical skills applying strategic and operational thinking daily.
• Capability or willingness to influence and manage regional level initiatives and decisions.
• Possession of industry certifications such as IFMA, BOMA, CoreNet, PMP, or equivalents.
