Senior Web Consultant / On-Call Supervisor

About the Role

Crafted Campus Pvt. Ltd. seeks a proactive and experienced Senior Web Consultant / On-Call Supervisor to join their Kolkata office. This position involves engaging with Australian business owners to drive sales of website and digital marketing solutions. The role is full-time, operating on-site from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM IST, Monday through Friday, with weekends off.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage Australian business owners and decision-makers in discussions about their digital presence.
• Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-ups to generate and nurture leads.
• Assess client needs related to websites, SEO, eCommerce, and digital marketing.
• Recommend appropriate digital solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Present proposals clearly explaining the advantages of services offered.
• Manage objections professionally and negotiate effectively to close deals.
• Convert qualified prospects into customers and maintain strong ongoing client relationships.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
• Provide support and supervision to the calling and sales teams as needed.

Candidate Profile

• At least one year of relevant experience in website sales, digital marketing sales, IT sales, or web consulting.
• Fluency in spoken English with confident communication and presentation skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up capabilities.
• Comfortable conducting outbound calls and handling sales pressure.
• Ability to confidently interact with business owners and decision-makers.
• Good understanding of websites and digital marketing strategies.
• Commercially driven mindset focused on achieving targets.

Compensation and Career Progression

The monthly salary ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 along with performance-based incentives that can substantially increase earnings. Successful individuals may advance through a career path from Senior Web Consultant to On-Call Supervisor, then to Sales Team Lead, and eventually to Sales Manager or Business Development Manager.

• This is a sales and consulting role, not a customer support position.
