Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sophisticated design projects spanning several product domains.
• Analyze user requirements and business objectives to uncover context, challenges, and workflows.
• Review existing products to identify areas for incremental improvements.
• Develop and refine UX guidelines across product portfolios to ensure consistent, scalable user experiences.
• Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams to harmonize designs with business goals, technical constraints, and user expectations.
• Serve as a design thought leader by mentoring teammates and contributing to design innovation.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in Product or User Experience Design, supported by a portfolio showcasing the design process.
• Proficient in applying user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards.
• Skilled in using design and prototyping software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalents.
• Experienced in user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluation methodologies.
• Able to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams including developers and product managers.
• Capable problem-solving skills balancing user needs, business goals, and technical limitations.
• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate design rationales within cooperative settings.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or related field.
• Background knowledge in visual design elements such as iconography, typography, and motion design.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and a cohesive design language across multiple products.
