Senior US IT Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and seasoned Senior US IT Recruiter to become an integral part of our dynamic Talent Acquisition team based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This position involves working during US shift hours (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST) and requires a strong background in US IT recruitment, particularly within the staffing domain for the United States.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the complete hiring lifecycle for IT roles across multiple contract models including Full-Time, W2, C2C, and 1099 engagements in the US market.
• Identify, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using various job portals and ATS platforms, developing a robust talent pipeline for current and upcoming openings.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, facilitate feedback collection, and ensure an efficient selection process.
• Collaborate directly with US-based clients, vendors, and system integrators, building sustained professional relationships with consultants and hiring managers.
• Conduct salary, rate, and contract negotiations with both candidates and vendors while ensuring compliance with US hiring standards and onboarding procedures.
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date candidate and client data within the ATS system.
• Keep informed of current US visa categories such as H1B, Green Card, OPT, CPT, TN, among others, and possess in-depth knowledge of US tax terms including W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Stay updated on the US employment market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive recruitment strategies, especially in relation to major system integrator clients like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Cognizant.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least 2 years of professional experience recruiting for US IT positions within the US staffing industry.
• Comprehensive understanding of key US tax terms and their implications in hiring.
• Proficient knowledge of US visa categories relevant to IT staffing.
• Experience working with large system integrator clients is essential.
• Hands-on experience utilizing multiple job boards such as Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, HotJobs, LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools to source talent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional email etiquette.
• Strong insights into IT skills and technologies relevant for technical job requirements.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work autonomously, and adapt within a high-velocity environment.
• A graduate degree in any field is required, with a preference for candidates from technical or IT backgrounds.
