Senior Uniface Developer

Job Overview

As a Senior Uniface Developer at CompuSafe Data Systems AG in Munich, you will be responsible for delivering timely implementation of legal XÖV standards such as XMeld, XPersonenstand, XAusländer, and XEinbürgerung. Your role will involve further development and expansion of existing program functions, thorough analysis and remediation of errors including quick fixes, as well as implementing legal changes beyond the XÖV standards. You will maintain, optimize, and advance current interfaces, and develop and execute complex technical requirements using Uniface 10.4 within an agile Scrum team framework, utilizing JIRA tickets and sprint planning.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely execution of statutory XÖV standards implementations.
• Enhance and expand existing software functionalities.
• Analyze and resolve defects, including rapid fixes.
• Implement legal amendments outside the XÖV framework.
• Maintain and improve existing interfaces.
• Develop and deliver sophisticated functional requirements using Uniface 10.4.
• Address prioritized product backlog requirements in collaboration with agile teams.
• Operate within an agile Scrum environment coordinating tasks via JIRA and sprint schedules.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience developing complex applications with Uniface 10.4.
• Profound expertise in Uniface system development.
• Proficient in Git version control and familiar with Jira and Confluence tools.
• Experience handling complex legacy systems and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of administrative processes and XÖV standards is advantageous.
• Familiarity with agile development methods, preferably Scrum.
• Strong command of German (minimum C1) and good English skills (minimum B2).
