Senior UiPath Developer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer with strong expertise in UiPath to design robust automation solutions. The role involves creating, testing, and deploying automation workflows, providing technical training to clients, and supporting automation projects from concept to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, code, and test automation workflows leveraging UiPath Studio, Robots, and Orchestrator.
• Design technical automation solutions and assist customers throughout deployment, from proof of concepts to full project rollout.
• Modify robot code as necessary during implementation phases to ensure smooth functioning.
• Build workflows and custom components using VB .Net and C# programming languages.
• Conduct thorough testing cycles to ensure quality and reliability of automation solutions.
• Provide technical training, demos, and blueprint presentations to clients; offer ongoing support for new and existing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 to 5+ years of IT industry experience with a solid background in coding and software development.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience specifically in developing and deploying automation workflows using UiPath.
• Strong proficiency with UiPath platform including end-to-end offerings and advanced framework utilization.
• Possession of UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is mandatory.
• Good understanding of workflow-based logic and expertise working with the RE-framework.
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge in VBA, VB, Java, C# script, or any scripting language; Python skills are advantageous.
• Experience with cognitive automation tools like OCR and AI/ML technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills are essential for client interaction and team collaboration.
• Familiarity with UiPath products such as Document Understanding, Computer Vision, AI Center, and Action Center is beneficial.
• Exposure to automating environments like Mainframe, SAP, or Citrix automation adds value.
• Experience or certification with other RPA tools and UiPath Certified Professional credential is preferred.
