Job description
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Tender Executive to join our team at NHPC location. This position requires 4 to 8 years of experience, with proficiency in the Gems portal being essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough tender searches and manage end-to-end project sales processes related to wastewater management, tanks, and green hydrogen projects.
- Handle e-tendering activities using the Gem Portal, from bidding to contract award.
- Manage product catalog listings on the Gem Portal and coordinate with OEMs for Manufacturer Authorization Forms (MAFs), technical datasheets, pricing support, and other documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial bids, compliance documents, and other required tender paperwork.
- Keep track of corrigendums and clarifications and provide timely responses.
- Oversee post-order processes including order fulfillment, invoice submission, and contract management through the Gem Portal.
Additional Information
Salary offered ranges from ₹35,000 to ₹55,000 per month. This role is based at NHPC in the Delhi-NCR region.
