About the Role
Shri Radha Trading is seeking a female Store Manager to oversee operations at its wooden item store located in Paschim Vihar, Delhi-NCR. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 7 years of relevant store management experience and will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring a seamless retail experience.
Responsibilities
- Boost store sales and enhance customer conversion rates.
- Oversee store presentation, product display, and stock management.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Generate new corporate client leads proactively.
- Pitch and successfully close deals related to corporate gifting.
- Develop tailored gifting solutions to meet client needs.
- Manage end-to-end execution of bulk and business-to-business orders.
- Recognize and pursue partnership opportunities to grow the business.
