We are seeking an experienced Senior Tele Sales Executive to manage both outbound and inbound calls effectively, aiming to boost sales conversions and maintain excellent customer relations. This role requires an individual with a solid background in telesales, who can independently manage escalated issues and take full ownership of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to present and explain company products and services.
• Professionally handle incoming customer inquiries and convert them into qualified leads or sales.
• Efficiently maintain and update customer databases while conducting follow-ups with interested clients.
• Provide clear, accurate information about products or services and promptly resolve customer questions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective and courteous communication.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to manage leads and support ongoing campaigns.
• Independently address and resolve escalated customer concerns with minimal oversight.

Skill Requirements
