Sales Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Ludhiana, Punjab. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new sales leads, managing customer inquiries, and converting prospects into sales while supporting internal coordination for order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate new sales opportunities through phone calls, emails, and diverse outreach methods.
• Engage with potential customers, evaluate their needs, and convert leads into successful sales.
• Address customer questions and provide technical and commercial information effectively.
• Prepare and send quotations and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
• Meet and exceed established monthly sales goals.
• Keep sales records up to date and maintain regular updates in the CRM system.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in B.Tech/BE specializing in Electronics or Electrical engineering, or BCA is preferred.
• Possess 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development roles.
• Exhibit strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Technical knowledge of electrical and electronic products is advantageous.
• Demonstrate a goal-driven and confident approach to sales.
• Availability and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings.

Compensation

Monthly stipend ranges between 15,000 to 30,000 INR.
