Role Overview

The Senior Technical Trainer position involves spearheading the creation, design, and facilitation of engaging technical training programs to help employees, customers, and partners effectively adopt Presight's AI products and platforms. This role requires transforming complex tech concepts into learner-friendly formats, blending instructional design expertise with excellent presentation and facilitation skills. Collaboration with multiple departments ensures training material remains current and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead technical training curricula for internal teams and external stakeholders, covering Presight's AI product suite, platform integrations, APIs, deployment, troubleshooting, and recommended practices.
• Develop diverse training formats including instructor-led courses, e-learning modules, onboarding pathways, certification materials, workshops, and documented technical guides.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation such as user and implementation guides, SOPs, FAQs, and knowledge articles.
• Translate sophisticated AI, analytics, and software engineering topics into clear, engaging educational content suitable for both technical and business audiences.
• Develop hands-on labs, exercises, and realistic use cases to foster effective knowledge retention.
• Deliver engaging live and virtual training sessions, including product demos, workshops, and customer enablement programs.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, delivery, UX, and customer success teams to align training content with evolving product features and functionality.
• Design visually effective learning assets, including presentations, diagrams, workflows, and infographics, while establishing instructional standards and templates.
• Maintain content governance to ensure consistent quality, branding, and terminology across training materials.
• Measure training impact through learner feedback, assessments, adoption data, and business outcomes, continuously refining learning strategies.
• Uphold compliance with organizational policies related to quality, health, safety, environment, information security, risk, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Instructional Design or related fields.
• At least 7–10 years of technical training or enablement experience within software, AI, data analytics, cloud, or enterprise technology sectors.
• Proven track record with AI, Generative AI, machine learning, data analytics, or intelligent automation as a trainer, technical writer, consultant, or product specialist.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, APIs, cloud environments, and system integrations.
• Experienced in producing high-quality technical documentation and training materials.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and facilitation skills able to engage diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with Agile product development workflows.

Desired Skills

• Proficiency in Arabic preferred to develop and deliver training for Arabic-speaking groups.
• Expertise in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Strong visual communication and content creation skills using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, Articulate 360, or Adobe Captivate.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring software.
• Robust stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities.
• Analytical approach to assessing training effectiveness and learner progress.
• Effective project management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and technical enablement.
• Understanding of responsible AI concepts, including data privacy, security, transparency, bias, and governance.
