Role Overview

We seek a motivated and seasoned Senior Technical Recruiter specialized in hardware to help expand our elite team as AeroVect grows within major international airports.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract outstanding hardware talent within a highly competitive landscape.
• Collaborate closely with founding members, engineering leaders, and the lead recruiter to align hiring goals and talent sourcing approaches.
• Maintain a steady flow of qualified candidates through proactive recruitment strategies.
• Enhance the candidate experience by delivering high-caliber and comprehensive engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Employ innovative recruitment tactics including networking, events, and marketing initiatives to discover exceptional hires.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruiting, emphasizing inventive sourcing and talent attraction methods.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring technical professionals focused on hardware.
• Preferred: experience recruiting within robotics or autonomous technology sectors.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Experience working in fast-paced, rapidly scaling startup environments.

Compensation

The position offers a salary range from CA$120,000 to CA$170,000 annually.
