Role Overview

The Senior Technical Program Manager will drive the creation of high-performing, engaging online services and collaborate with diverse teams and partners to successfully deliver complex consumer projects. You will lead programs using industry best practices for scheduling, tracking, and execution, managing intermediate to large cross-team or company-wide initiatives with a blend of leadership, organizational acumen, and technical expertise. Effective collaboration across functions and leading without direct authority are critical components of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with software developers to plan development timelines, draft functional specifications, and guide decisions that enhance online experiences.
• Lead technical discussions, ensuring solutions meet business and customer needs effectively.
• Oversee all stages of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment, working closely with internal teams.
• Conduct initial reviews of requirements, analyze technical complexities, and resolve interdependencies.
• Provide clear and continuous updates on feature progress, including risks, schedules, and timelines.
• Manage end-to-end implementations aligned with technical standards and delivery timelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 6 years in program or project management, especially with high-volume online user experiences.
• Experience employing agile frameworks, including roles as scrum master or product owner.
• Exceptional communication abilities and skill in cross-team collaboration.
• Background as a software developer or tester.
• Proven capability to shepherd features through full development and release cycles.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or equivalent technical background.
• Strong leadership qualities coupled with a dedication to delivering exceptional consumer experiences.
• Attention to detail with adeptness at managing concurrent dependencies.
• Willingness to travel and coordinate projects involving distributed, sometimes international teams.
• High ownership and accountability mindset.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives, product managers, engineers, and project managers.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive base salary ranging between €92,400 and €138,600 EUR, with additional eligibility for bonus packages.
