Senior Technical Consultant - ServiceNow HSE Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant specializing in ServiceNow Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) solutions to lead design and delivery efforts. The position involves collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders to automate safety processes, manage compliance and risk, and promote organization-wide safety programs using the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of ServiceNow HSE modules.
• Configure core components such as Incident Management, Hazard Reporting, Risk Assessments, Audits, Inspections, and Corrective Action Plans.
• Design and refine workflows related to incident reporting, risk mitigation, and compliance oversight.
• Develop scalable technical solutions with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams to ensure successful technical delivery.
• Ensure all solutions comply with governance, security, and regulatory standards.
• Facilitate system integrations involving HSE, HR, Internet of Things (IoT), facilities, and enterprise-wide systems.
• Enhance reporting capabilities, data analytics, and visibility into safety metrics across the organization.
• Maintain up-to-date expertise regarding ServiceNow HSE, Risk & Compliance, and Employee Workflow features.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Have over 7 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations.
• Hold at least 4 years focused on HSE, Risk, or Compliance solutions.
• Exhibit deep knowledge of HSE operations, incident handling, risk evaluation, and compliance standards.
• Proven experience configuring ServiceNow HSE modules and associated workflows.
• Strong command of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub technology.
• Experience providing technical leadership and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
• Exemplary communication and analytical problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk & Compliance, or Certified Implementation Specialist - ESM.
• Experience architecting enterprise-level HSE solutions.
• Background integrating EHS, HR, risk management, and compliance platforms.
• Knowledge of IoT technology, facility management, and workplace safety systems.
• Exposure to large-scale enterprises or governmental organizations.
