The role demands managing both urgent customer needs and sustainable delivery while maintaining clear, professional communication and appropriate work-life balance boundaries. It suits individuals who can remain composed under pressure, maintain customer focus without being constantly available, and effectively manage expectations when urgency or scope requires it.
Primary Responsibilities

- Create detailed integration plans capturing business, operational, and communication needs.
- Document all technical tasks necessary for customer integration success.
- Work cross-functionally with multiple teams to deliver complex integration projects featuring various deliverables and clear escalation paths.
- Coordinate between delivery, product, customer, and support groups through transparent communication to maintain project momentum.
- Identify and report release or implementation risks impacting customers, facilitating follow-up actions with relevant internal teams.
- Apply sound judgment to balance customer urgency with sustainable delivery methods, including during high-pressure situations.
- Consult with leadership and peers when making significant decisions that might affect customers or departmental risks.
Team and Process Contributions
- Act as a knowledgeable advisor on IDV integrations, knowing when to escalate and which resources to engage.
- Advocate for and contribute to improvements in integration processes, documentation, and sustainable working practices.
- Share customer-driven insights to help the team manage urgency and expectations more effectively.
- Challenge existing approaches constructively to enhance delivery consistency, accountability, and team health.
- Mentor team members on complex implementation issues, including appropriate escalation routes.
- Develop and maintain documentation to expand organizational knowledge of repeatable integration methods.
- Collaborate broadly within the company to resolve implementation challenges and clarify ownership of follow-up steps.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 1 year using Entrust’s IDV product.
- Undergraduate degree preferred but not mandatory.
- At least 7 years of professional experience overall.
- Minimum 5 years working with SaaS products, including hands-on experience with APIs and SDKs.
- Strong technical aptitude for integrations and customer-focused solution support.
- Capability to address complex integration challenges with proper guidance and escalation.
Success Profile
The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, customer-oriented mindset, and collaborative spirit. They excel in navigating intricate implementation projects, know when to leverage internal resources, and actively contribute to enhancing team standards and delivery quality.
