Senior Strategy Delivery Analyst

Overview

The Senior Strategy Delivery Analyst is a pivotal senior role within the Group Technology department, focused on the formulation and implementation of the technology strategy aligned with overarching company goals. This role acts as the chief advocate for strategy execution, ensuring that various strategic initiatives deliver competitive advantages to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of the Group Technology Strategy workbook and associated non-workbook strategies.
• Contribute actively to research and formulation of technology strategies.
• Coordinate and organize annual strategy meetings and related workshops.
• Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives across multiple business units.
• Monitor progress alongside the Project Management Office (PMO) to track execution milestones.
• Review timelines and objectives of strategic initiatives to ensure compliance and success.
• Conduct periodic strategic reviews and recommend adjustments to maintain alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain and update strategy documentation as necessary.
• Assist in developing and managing IT performance frameworks and metrics to ensure value delivery.
• Foster collaboration and communication between IT and user/customer communities.
• Evaluate execution risks and suggest appropriate remediation plans.
• Participate in execution of significant enterprise-wide strategic programs.
• Implement benefit realization frameworks to measure and ensure value from initiatives.
• Engage in steering committees for strategic projects to monitor progress.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Postgraduate degree is advantageous.
• A minimum of six years’ experience in IT solutions delivery and management.
• Exposure to multinational organizational environments.
• Professional project management certification or membership is a plus.
