Role Overview

The Store Planning division focuses on maximizing retail space efficiency and developing forward-looking store concepts. If you are eager to coordinate international rollouts and actively shape our markets domestically and abroad, join our team in Wermelskirchen and apply your expertise fully!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and align tailored concepts for new and partial store remodels.
• Plan sales floor layouts, including assortment placements and creation of StoreCom and technical building plans.
• Independently manage and coordinate international rollout projects.
• Review and professionally process submitted architectural plans.
• Accurately record sales area data, maintain master store data, and consistently manage the CAD database.

Candidate Profile

• Educational background: Completed studies or vocational training in construction, architecture, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in creating construction and technical drawings; prior knowledge of the hardware retail sector is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in BricsCAD (2D/3D) or other common CAD applications.
• Comfortable with digital tools and experienced with standard IT systems.
• Language skills: Good command of German (minimum B2 level) and basic English skills (at least A2 level) for international collaboration.
• Personal attributes: Organized working style, strong teamwork abilities, and excellent communication competencies.
