  • Advocate for reusable architectural patterns, design principles, and technical standards.
  • Lead enterprise integration strategies involving APIs, messaging systems, event-driven designs, data integration, and hybrid connectivity.
  • Provide architectural oversight during project delivery, highlighting technical risks, dependencies, and technical debt promptly.
  • Assess technology and solution alternatives, articulating trade-offs and suggestions to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure solutions meet critical non-functional requirements such as security, reliability, performance, availability, disaster recovery, and ease of operational support.
  • Promote principles like API-first design, loose coupling, and event-driven architectures.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to simplify application environments and boost reuse of common platforms, APIs, and enterprise capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with infrastructure, development, data, cybersecurity, and delivery teams to ensure practical and standards-compliant implementations.
  • Assist with the smooth transition of solutions into production and operational phases.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 10 years in digital or technology roles, with at least 5 years in solution architecture or related enterprise technology leadership.
  • Proven experience in creating enterprise-wide solution and integration architectures.
  • Strong expertise in developing reusable API and integration frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Azure and Microsoft technology ecosystems.
  • Experience in APIs, messaging, event-driven architectures, data integration, and hybrid connectivity approaches.
  • Active role in architecture governance, shaping technology strategy, and roadmap creation.
  • Deep understanding of security, system resilience, performance optimization, high availability, and operational maintainability.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the capacity to explain complex tech concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
  • Holdings of Azure Architect and/or TOGAF certifications are advantageous.
