Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, specializing in FinTech solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of professional experience and hold a Bachelor’s degree. Fluency in English and Arabic is desired.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, improve, and maintain secure and scalable software systems including applications, services, APIs, and backend infrastructure.
- Develop and support financial technology platforms such as digital wallets, payment services, transaction processing systems, and financial integrations.
- Implement secure coding methodologies, engage in peer code reviews, ensure comprehensive automated test coverage, and assist in addressing security vulnerabilities.
- Enhance application performance parameters including scalability, latency, and reliability while managing production-level incident resolution.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, API blueprints, deployment plans, and engineering logs.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and offer technical mentorship to fellow engineers.
