Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Engage in designing the architecture, developing, and optimizing backend systems within the Web3 security area to ensure exceptional performance, uptime, reliability, and scalability.
• Maintain and upgrade existing backend and security service platforms to enhance quality and stability continuously.
• Create and deploy new services and technical solutions in close collaboration with product managers and cross-functional teams, transforming business and security needs into feasible technical plans.
• Partner with specialized and operations teams to enhance security infrastructure, develop automated tools, and strengthen threat detection to improve operational efficiency.
• Work alongside analysts and data experts on data acquisition, preprocessing, modeling, and analysis to support security-related initiatives.
• Contribute to designing and implementing backend and big data workflows related to Web3 security and security control scenarios.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, including global teams, to ensure successful project execution.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least five years of backend software development experience, ideally in blockchain technology, Web3 security, anti-fraud systems, risk control, or comparable fields.
• Proven capability in architecting and delivering advanced backend systems operating in large-scale, high-concurrency, or data-intensive contexts.
• Expertise in Java and related technology stacks, including Spring Boot and Spring Cloud frameworks.
• Deep understanding of MySQL and common NoSQL databases, with practical experience optimizing backend services.
• Familiarity with distributed system designs and middleware technologies such as distributed caching, message queuing (e.g., Kafka), service discovery, and configuration management.
• Hands-on experience working with big data platforms and technologies like Hadoop, Hive, Spark, HBase, Kafka, Flink, Airflow, or Elasticsearch.
• Experience in data engineering tasks including data ingestion, cleaning, and both real-time and batch processing workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to learning and a keen interest in Web3 security challenges.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate successfully within dynamic, multidisciplinary teams.

Desirable Skills

• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals and familiarity with on-chain data.
• Awareness of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts.
• Experience in performance tuning for Java Virtual Machine (JVM), SQL, Remote Procedure Calls (RPC), and related systems.
• Fluency in English communication.
