About the Role
Edison Smart is collaborating with an expanding fintech enterprise focused on creating innovative digital financial services. We are looking to recruit a Senior Software Engineer responsible for overseeing a critical product domain from inception through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the design and implementation of solutions for a primary product domain.
- Collaborate with product management and compliance teams to translate requirements into robust, scalable systems.
- Establish and maintain high standards for quality and security in technical solutions.
- Guide and mentor engineering team members while leading important architectural decisions.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in banking, fintech, or similarly regulated sectors is essential.
- Demonstrated history of taking projects from initial concept to live production.
- Proven practical knowledge in integrating artificial intelligence technologies within engineering workflows.
