Role Summary
The Senior Software Engineer role involves working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting developing innovative AI-enhanced products. Ideal candidates are passionate full stack engineers who enjoy conceptualizing and simplifying complex systems, eager to apply cloud computing and the latest generative AI technologies such as AWS, Bedrock, Hugging Face, Claude, and Llama. You will autonomously take ownership, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally with product and leadership teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Design and develop multi-layer systems using C#.NET or Java within a SaaS environment.
- Engage with serverless architectures and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Implement projects through to successful production deployment.
- Utilize React to build front-end interfaces.
- Apply continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.
- Operate effectively in Agile development teams.
- Provide mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
Qualifications
- At least 6 years of professional experience in full stack software development focusing on C#.NET or Java.
- Minimum 1 year of React experience.
- Strong background in CI/CD processes.
- Experience with serverless frameworks and cloud development (AWS or Azure).
- Degree or diploma in computing or a closely related discipline.
- Excellent communication abilities and collaborative mindset.
