Join Ashby's Product Engineering team as a Senior Software Engineer focused on delivering impactful features across the full product stack. You will enjoy significant autonomy to manage and own large projects end-to-end, including writing product specifications, conducting competitive research, designing wireframes, and building innovative solutions that meet customer needs. Responsibilities

• Own software projects independently, from concept and design through delivery.
• Develop reusable building blocks and abstractions spanning frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Make technical and product decisions to balance quality with speed in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Collaborate across teams with clear and concise communication to share progress and gather feedback.
• Engage in customer research to validate requirements and ensure solutions address user problems effectively.
