Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of significant product projects, handling all aspects from competitor research and product specifications to design and implementation.
• Develop impactful features such as automated interview scheduling systems and complex filter architectures that enhance user experience and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to gather requirements, prototype solutions, and integrate features thoroughly.
• Advocate for and build reusable, scalable components across the technology stack.
