Senior Software Engineer

Overview

Labiba for Artificial Intelligence is seeking an experienced Senior .NET/.NET Core Developer to join their team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing enterprise-level backend applications, focusing on complex backend services and influencing architectural decisions to enhance our systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, create, and maintain robust APIs and backend services using both .NET Core and the .NET Framework.
• Manage data handling and optimization tasks using MS SQL and MongoDB databases.
• Utilize RabbitMQ to implement messaging services and manage asynchronous background jobs.
• Write code that is clean, maintainable, and fully testable to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and quality assurance teams.
• Engage in code review processes and participate in technical discussions to share knowledge and ensure high standards.
• Analyze and understand system requirements to effectively prioritize development activities.
• Guarantee the scalability, security, and high performance of developed applications.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of hands-on experience using C# and the .NET ecosystem, including .NET Core and .NET Framework.
• Comprehensive expertise in MS SQL Server covering query optimization, stored procedure development, and indexing strategies.
• Proven experience working with MongoDB in live production environments.
• Proficiency in using RabbitMQ for messaging and task management.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming techniques and background service implementations.
• Familiarity with RESTful API development and microservices architecture principles.
• Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming concepts, design patterns, and software architecture best practices.
• Experience with version control tools, especially Git, alongside continuous integration and deployment workflows.

Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least three years of professional IT or software development experience.

Skills and Expertise

• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Arabic languages.
• Excellent command of .NET/.NET Core frameworks, JavaScript, Git, SQL Server, MongoDB, and RabbitMQ.
• Strong OOP principles and design pattern knowledge.
• Advanced capabilities in problem-solving and managing time effectively.
