Key Responsibilities

• Maintain clear, consistent communication with client stakeholders on project progress and recommendations.
• Develop client-side software that is efficient, scalable, testable, secure, and of top-tier quality.
• Contribute actively to project planning and estimation using established methodologies and tools.
• Gather client requirements effectively and present developed features in an organized manner.
• Perform complex tasks within current quality and methodology standards, demonstrating success in various projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user issues, anticipate challenges, and iteratively create solutions that drive client success.
• Engage fully in Agile development processes including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and governance activities.
• Participate in the Engineering Practice community by mentoring peers through Communities of Practice and supporting technical growth within the organization.
• Independently manage project delivery aligned with defined architectures, showing responsibility from concept through deployment.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience with the following technologies and principles:
• .NET framework
• Microsoft Azure cloud services
• Angular frontend framework
• Agile software development practices
• Object-Oriented Programming concepts like abstraction and encapsulation
• Proficiency in C# and WinForms applications
• Experience with Access databases and OLEDB
• Building scalable, high-performance enterprise systems with thorough testing
• Proven mentorship and leadership roles in engineering teams
• Solid understanding of SOLID software design principles
• Knowledge of OWASP security standards
• Fluent communication skills in English

Additional Preferred Experience

• Experience using Object-Relational Mapping frameworks
• Familiarity with architectural patterns such as Microservices and Serverless, and design patterns like Factory, Singleton, and Observer
• Expertise in unit testing methodologies
• Experience working with cloud platforms
• Containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Technologies specific to client engagements, to be discussed during interviews
