Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture from concept to deployment.
• Establish and oversee technical vision, architectural strategies, standards, and long-term plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Create scalable, secure, cloud-native system designs.
• Explore and evaluate emerging technologies, particularly AI and Generative AI, for application opportunities.
• Detect architectural risks and plan mitigation approaches.
• Provide technical leadership including architecture and code reviews, mentoring engineering teams.
• Work with international teams and clearly communicate technical ideas to clients.

Required Qualifications

• Over 15 years of experience in IT roles.
• At least 5 years serving as Software, Solution, or Enterprise Architect.
• Strong mindset geared towards solution architecture.
• Experience with multiple technology stacks, open to various technology backgrounds.
• Mandatory expertise in AWS Cloud services.
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies.
• Good understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment techniques.
• Deep knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), architectural patterns, and designs of scalable distributed systems.
• Proficiency in architecture modeling languages and tools like UML, C4, ArchiMate.
• Excellent English communication skills suitable for client-facing roles.
• Strong leadership qualities combined with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Expertise in data architecture, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Experience designing SaaS and cloud-native architectures.
• Background in enterprise modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Possession of AWS Solutions Architect certification.
• TOGAF certification is a plus.
