Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with 7 to 8 years of backend development expertise, specifically skilled in Golang and Ruby. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in extreme Programming (xP) practices, Test-Driven Development (TDD), clean coding standards, and DevOps automation including pipeline as code and infrastructure as code. Strong experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly with BigQuery and Vertex AI, is essential. Additionally, familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor or comparable software is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and robust backend services.
- Develop and manage cloud-native applications using GCP services.
- Create and maintain continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and infrastructure automation tools.
- Apply clean code principles and extreme Programming methodologies to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Utilize AI-powered coding assistants to enhance development efficiency.
Required Expertise
- 7 to 8 years of professional backend development experience.
- Proficient in Golang and Ruby programming languages.
- Strong understanding and application of extreme Programming, Test-Driven Development, and Clean Code principles.
- Experienced in CI/CD pipeline development and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with GCP technologies, primarily BigQuery and Vertex AI.
- Practical experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor or similar platforms.
