Role Overview

We are seeking seasoned Senior Software Engineers to enrich our workforce. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance backend or fullstack systems that serve thousands of users worldwide.
• Take full ownership of features, from initial problem identification to live production deployment.
• Operate on distributed architectures emphasizing reliability, efficiency, and correctness.
• Collaborate extensively with Product, Design, and engineering colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in shaping system architecture and continually optimize our technological foundation.
• Promote engineering excellence and best practices within and across teams.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record as a Software Engineer working in live production setups.
• Expertise in backend development using Java, Kotlin, or comparable languages, or demonstrable fullstack capabilities.
• Experience constructing scalable and dependable software systems.
• Ability to manage uncertainty and actively define problems requiring solutions.
• Strong ownership mentality and accountability for assigned tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate in cross-functional environments.

Additional Advantages

• Experience within payroll, financial technology, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with distributed systems or event-driven design patterns.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS.
• Interest in or prior exposure to AI-driven software development techniques.
