Role Overview

We are looking for Senior Software Engineers specializing in AI to join our talented team in Sydney. In this role, you will contribute hands-on engineering work while engaging in strategic product and client discussions. You will help build AI Co-Worker systems tailored for enterprise deployments, ensuring the platform is model-agnostic and scalable, while delivering solutions that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Co-Worker systems enabling enterprise clients to deploy persona-based AI entities that manage complex, end-to-end operational workflows securely.
• Maintain a model-agnostic platform architecture that incorporates diverse large language models and AI frameworks from both established and emerging providers.
• Design and integrate secure, scalable APIs across expansive enterprise infrastructures.
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs deeply and deliver superior solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of software development experience with strong proficiency in modern web and backend technologies, primarily Node.js and TypeScript.
• Solid coding fundamentals with special emphasis on security and data governance as integral design aspects.
• Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills accompanied by persistence to see challenges through to resolution.
