Role Overview
We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer specializing in AI to lead technical strategy for our products and platform. This leadership role involves guiding architectural decisions, working across multiple teams, and designing systems that blend deterministic and non-deterministic AI technologies. The role requires close collaboration with customers to exceed their expectations and ensure our AI Co-Worker solutions operate securely and effectively in critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive architectural vision for AI Co-Worker systems that empower enterprise clients with persona-based AI solutions managing complex workflows.
- Design human-in-the-loop frameworks that maintain human oversight in mission-critical AI deployments.
- Establish technical standards and implementation patterns for engineering teams.
- Innovate in integrating deterministic and probabilistic AI components in production.
- Ensure platform neutrality by incorporating various large language models and AI frameworks from diverse providers.
- Engage deeply with customers to understand needs and deliver exceptional outcomes.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 10 years in software development with substantial practical AI experience.
- Strong programming skills primarily in Node.js and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
- Experience designing systems where security and data governance are integral, not secondary concerns.
- Proven success in architectural decision-making within complex, live environments.
- Excellent communication skills for aligning diverse stakeholders around challenging technical choices.
- Exceptional analytic thinking with consistent execution.
