Senior Site Supervisor

Job Overview

The Senior Site Supervisor role requires extensive expertise in coordinating site operations, particularly focusing on joinery works. The candidate will oversee site conditions and activities, ensuring technical compliance and team management efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Possess comprehensive knowledge of onsite activities and prevailing site conditions.
• Expertise in joinery installation and related technical protocols.
• Lead and manage site and installation teams, reporting any incidents promptly to the Project Manager (PM).
• Enforce and maintain strict site safety protocols for personnel and equipment.
• Ensure all site personnel, including third parties, adhere to uniform policies, including the correct use of safety gear such as helmets and safety shoes.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the site, protecting installed works and ongoing projects.
• Timely identification and rectification of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Accurately measure and verify site dimensions.
• Supervise storage and distribution of materials during installation, ensuring correct placement aligned with approved shop drawings and key plans.
• Provide daily updates to PM regarding team attendance, site challenges, equipment needs, and petty cash usage, including invoice management.
• Offer technical support and solutions regarding site issues and conditions.
• Assist through project finalization stages to achieve Take Over Certificate (TOC).

Candidate Requirements

• Experience ranging between 10 to 15 years in the joinery domain.
• Educational qualification includes a Diploma in Interior Design or an equivalent certification.
• Robust experience within the joinery and furniture sector is essential.
• Preference for candidates available immediately or with minimal notice periods.
