Senior Site Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a qualified and driven Civil Engineer to manage and coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring projects adhere to approved plans, quality benchmarks, safety protocols, and timelines.

Key Duties

• Oversee daily construction and site operations.
• Ensure work aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and project teams.
• Inspect the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
• Measure and validate quantities of completed work.
• Prepare daily and progress reports.
• Track project schedules to meet deadlines.
• Review project drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and specifications.
• Manage material needs and maintain accurate site documentation.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
• Adhere strictly to safety standards and construction procedures.
• Perform regular site and quality inspections.
• Support cost estimation, billing, and maintain documentation.
• Keep records of progress, materials, measurements, and inspections.
• Maintain site cleanliness and safety.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by the Project Manager.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.
• Experience ranging from 0 to 5 years in civil construction or site engineering.
• Fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles.
• Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and practices.
• Basic familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office is preferred.
