Senior Security Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Security Engineer who combines expertise in cybersecurity with AI to create intelligent security solutions, reusable accelerators, and ready-to-use service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI-driven cybersecurity solutions, accelerators, and automation across various domains including SOC, Cloud Security, AI Security, Application Security, Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT), and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Design and implement AI agents, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)-based applications, and security process automation.
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) with cybersecurity platforms and organizational workflows.
• Create scalable, reusable AI-driven accelerators and service products for cybersecurity.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify and convert business challenges into AI-enabled security solutions.
• Lead technical meetings, conduct solution workshops, deliver customer demonstrations, and manage proof-of-concept projects.
• Assess new AI technologies to drive innovation within the AI-focused cybersecurity portfolio.
• Collaborate with delivery, architecture, and leadership to build production-ready AI solutions that scale.
• Mentor security engineers and promote AI adoption throughout the engineering teams.

Experience and Skills Required

• Between 5 and 8 years experience in cybersecurity engineering.
• 2 to 3 years expertise working with AI technologies.
• In-depth knowledge across multiple cybersecurity domains including SOC, Cloud Security, AI Security, Application Security, VAPT, and IAM.
• Practical hands-on experience using AI technologies such as large language models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, prompt engineering, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and OpenAI or Azure OpenAI APIs.
• Strong programming skills in Python as well as adeptness in API integration.
• A strong drive for innovation combined with a passion for creating effective AI-based security solutions.
