About the Role

Goodman Fielder is seeking a seasoned Senior SAP Consultant specializing in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to join its ANZ IT team. This pivotal role involves spearheading demand, supply, S&OP, and inventory optimisation initiatives across Australia and New Zealand. The consultant will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to enhance planning capabilities and implement insightful, integrated solutions within a dynamic fast-moving consumer goods environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive SAP IBP initiatives encompassing demand and supply planning from initial requirements through to deployment and ongoing enhancement.
• Configure and design components such as Planning Areas, Key Figures, Master Data, and Planner Workspaces tailored to business needs.
• Engage with business partners to interpret challenges, pinpoint opportunities, and translate these into workable technical solutions.
• Prepare detailed functional specifications and documentation including process workflows and interface maps.
• Provide support during comprehensive project phases including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and rollout.
• Maintain and improve integrations between SAP IBP, CPI-DS, ECC, and S/4 platforms.
• Promote enhancements in planning processes and practices across the ANZ region to elevate planning maturity.
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance, architectural standards, change management, and control procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Over 8 years of SAP experience, including a minimum of 5 years specifically with SAP IBP.
• Competency across IBP Demand & Supply, S&OP, and Inventory Optimisation modules.
• Strong technical knowledge of Planning Areas, Key Figures, Master Data, and Planner Workspaces.
• Experience integrating CPI-DS with ECC and S/4 systems.
• Participation in at least two full-cycle SAP IBP implementations.
• Exceptional problem-solving aptitude and a solid record in refining and delivering effective solutions.
• Ability to convey complex technical information in accessible business terms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities with confidence in influencing diverse teams.
• A proactive mindset dedicated to collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovative solutions.
• SAP certification is an advantageous credential.
