  • Support competitive displacement efforts by analyzing customer environments and positioning Cohesity advantageously.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Support teams to provide customer insights and influence product enhancements.
  • Offer post-sales technical support or assist with projects when necessary to ensure client success and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Eight to ten years’ experience in Sales Engineering or Pre-Sales roles, preferably in infrastructure, data protection, security, or cloud platforms within enterprise settings.
  • Proven hands-on experience with backup, recovery, data protection, storage technologies, or cyber resilience across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud architectures.
  • Familiarity with data security principles such as ransomware protection, immutable storage, encryption, and access control mechanisms.

  • Experience collaborating with Account Executives in multifaceted, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to increase productivity, streamline workflows, and support business decisions.
  • Understanding of enterprise procurement processes and deal dynamics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain technical solutions to diverse audiences.
  • A collaborative disposition capable of professionally managing complicated customer interactions.
