About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer based in the Eastern Region, Dammam, KSA, to join Carrier— a global leader in HVAC, refrigeration, fire, security, and cold chain solutions. Carrier pioneered modern air conditioning technology and continues to innovate with a focus on sustainable, healthy environments for homes and workplaces. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new clients while nurturing relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare quotations and actively follow up to convert these into confirmed orders.
- Conduct market surveys to generate leads and expand the customer base.
Role Objectives
- Achieve designated business targets and improve profitability.
- Develop a robust sales pipeline that ensures consistent business bookings.
- Collaborate with strategic accounts to support closure of large-scale projects.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HVAC project sales within Saudi Arabia, specifically the Eastern region.
- Experience selling HVAC solutions to the oil and gas sector is advantageous.
- Proven track record of sales success and well-established market network.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Excellent communication skills.
