Established in 2024 and based in Singapore, it is a joint venture between InterGlobe Enterprises and Assago Group, combining deep technological expertise with extensive operational experience. Their proprietary AI enterprise stack integrates a human-in-the-loop model to enhance existing enterprise investments, delivering measurable business outcomes.
Role Overview
This role entails a hands-on sales development position focused on the US market. Responsibilities include executing outbound outreach to India-based Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and their US parent offices, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for Go-To-Market (GTM) leaders. The role also involves mentoring and training early-career SDRs, with potential progression to formal team leadership based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage individual outbound sales activities including calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach aimed at GCCs and their US parent organizations.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for GTM leadership, maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Create and refine outreach cadences and lead qualification frameworks such as BANT or MEDDIC.
- Evaluate campaign metrics and improve outreach strategies using performance data.
- Collaborate with GTM leaders and domain experts for proper routing of qualified meetings.
- Potential to assume leadership of the SDR team as it expands, contingent on demonstrated results.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must possess a graduate degree; MBA in Sales or Marketing is advantageous.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in inside sales or sales development, including mentoring junior sales team members; prior team management experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Proficient understanding of demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and outbound prospecting techniques with a strong grasp of qualification methods (BANT/MEDDIC).
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, and sales engagement platforms.
- Excellent command of English, comfortable with cold-calling senior executives, and flexible to work overlapping US business hours.
Required Technical Skills
- Experience using data sourcing and prospecting platforms such as ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, and Lusha to build and enhance target account/contact lists.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for list building, sequence execution, and response tracking.
- Familiarity with AI-powered prospecting tools like Clay, Apollo AI, or Regie.ai to personalize outreach and expedite list creation.
- Competency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and data analysis.
Preferred Attributes
- Ability to establish and refine processes within a developing program.
- Resilient and data-driven approach, maintaining consistency despite high-volume rejection.
- Passion for mentoring junior talent while managing and achieving personal sales targets.
Benefits and Opportunities
- A clear, performance-driven path to lead the SDR team as it grows.
- Ownership over personal sales pipeline and influence over team building decisions.
- Exposure to India and US GTM strategies for AI product sales with opportunities for involvement in hiring and process development.
