Key Responsibilities

• Craft highly reliable backend services that can handle large-scale traffic variations robustly.
• Continuously monitor backend system performance to detect bottlenecks and implement targeted optimizations.
• Design and develop scalable backend architectures, including APIs and services.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to address complex technical problems.

Qualifications and Experience

• More than five years of professional experience in software engineering focused on backend system development.
• Expertise in Rust programming language, with a thorough understanding of ownership models, lifetime management, and safety protocols; alternatively, proficiency in C++ for writing efficient, reliable code.
• Experience with asynchronous programming frameworks like Tokio or async-std and multithreaded concurrent programming concepts.
• Skilled in system-level performance tuning, including techniques like caching, memory pooling, and object reuse.
• Knowledgeable about network protocols and technologies such as TCP, UDP Multicast, epoll, and io_uring.
• Competent in Linux performance improvements including CPU affinity, isolcpus, and IRQ affinity configurations.
• Proficient with performance profiling and benchmarking tools such as perf, FlameGraph, Cachegrind, Criterion.
• Hands-on experience deploying software into production environments with strong Linux expertise.
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent technical fields.
