Senior RPA Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Developer specializing in UiPath RPA and Power Apps to architect, create, and maintain smart automation solutions using UiPath, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft technologies. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in complete automation project delivery, solution framework design, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring less experienced developers. The role involves developing scalable enterprise-level automation, integrating diverse business software, and championing continuous enhancements within a hyperautomation setting.

Core Responsibilities

• Create and deploy robust automation solutions with UiPath, including attended and unattended bots.
• Develop reusable libraries, frameworks, and components adhering to best coding practices.
• Conduct thorough code reviews ensuring compliance with established standards.
• Implement comprehensive exception handling, logging, and monitoring strategies.
• Build Canvas and Model-Driven applications within the Microsoft Power Apps environment.
• Automate workflows through Power Automate and construct custom connectors for enterprise integration.
• Develop SharePoint and Dataverse based business applications and guide citizen developer initiatives under governance protocols.
• Lead process evaluations, feasibility analyses, and author Solution and Process Design Documents alongside technical specifications.
• Identify automation opportunities and recommend optimizations focused on scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Integrate automations with APIs, SQL databases, SharePoint, SAP, CRM, ERP, Outlook, and web platforms.
• Utilize OCR, Document Understanding, Intelligent Document Processing, and AI-driven automation tools.
• Support automation involving Excel spreadsheets, PDF documents, emails, and workflow coordination.
• Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 production support while monitoring bots through UiPath Orchestrator.
• Manage incident resolution, implement fixes and maintain adherence to governance, security, and audit standards.
• Mentor junior team members, collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and client stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, and foster innovation to enhance automation initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Possesses 2 to 4 years of professional experience in related roles.
• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent field.
• UiPath Certified Professional Developer credential is advantageous.
• Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or Power Automate is preferred.

Technical Qualifications

• Proficient with UiPath Studio, REFramework, UiPath Orchestrator, Test Suite, Document Understanding, and Action Center.
• Familiarity with AI Center and Process Mining is a plus.
• Experienced with Microsoft Power Platform components: Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate Cloud Flows, Dataverse, SharePoint Integration, and Power Platform Governance.
• Hands-on knowledge of programming languages including C# and VB.NET.
• Experience with SQL Server, RESTful APIs, JSON and XML data handling.
• Working knowledge of Azure services and PowerShell scripting is beneficial.

Automation Expertise

• Automation involving Excel, Email, PDF, Web, and Desktop interfaces.
• Use of OCR technologies and integration with APIs.
• Workflow automation and orchestration capabilities.
