Senior RPA and Hyperautomation Developer

About the Role

Spark Consultancy, a multinational company specializing in customer support projects, is seeking a Senior RPA and Hyperautomation Developer. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain enterprise automation solutions by leveraging UiPath and advanced AI technologies including machine learning and generative AI. This role emphasizes innovation through AI-enhanced automation, document intelligence, and large language model-driven use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, test, and implement automation processes using UiPath, including both attended and unattended bots via the REFramework.
• Manage and configure UiPath Orchestrator; troubleshoot and resolve production issues with root cause analysis.
• Perform code reviews ensuring adherence to development best practices and standards.
• Discover automation opportunities by applying Process Mining, Task Mining, and AI-driven assessments.
• Deploy Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) workflows and integrate AI and machine learning components into business process automations.
• Design and develop AI solutions such as Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), enterprise chatbots, and AI assistants using various large language models and frameworks.
• Fine-tune open-source LLMs tailored for domain-specific applications and create AI agents using orchestration platforms.
• Develop predictive and classification models, conduct data preprocessing and feature engineering, then deploy and monitor ML models in production.
• Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems including SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Oracle, and Microsoft platforms.
• Build dashboards for automation performance monitoring.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 4 to 6 years of professional experience in automation development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or related fields; master’s degree preferred but optional.
• Proficiency in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Document Understanding, AI Center) and Python for AI/ML development.
• Experience with Generative AI tools and frameworks like OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and familiarity with LLM fine-tuning, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, and vector databases.
• Strong understanding of SQL, APIs, JSON, XML, and integrating with enterprise software.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud platform is advantageous.

• Knowledge of MLOps, deployment pipelines, and open-source LLMs like Llama, Mistral, DeepSeek, Qwen, or Falcon.
• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
