Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Surveyor to oversee comprehensive land survey projects from initial planning to final approval. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of land surveys from inception through to sign-off ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Review and approve documentation for correctness and adherence to standards.
  • Lead complex, high-value surveying projects with accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Serve as a reliable liaison for clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Mentor junior surveyors, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Contribute to proposals and assist in securing new business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree-qualified surveyor with 10 to 15 years’ experience in land development.
  • Current registration with the Board of Surveying and Spatial Information (BOSSI), NSW.
  • Thorough understanding of NSW legislation and surveying standards.
  • Proven leadership experience involving team management and project delivery.
  • Comfortable engaging directly with clients, contractors, and authorities.
  • Proficient using 12D, AutoCAD, and standard survey equipment.
  • Holds a valid NSW driver’s license and a White Card.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia as an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or holder of a visa with full employment rights.
