Based in London, we seek a Senior Recruiter to lead the full-cycle hiring for our Go-To-Market (GTM) team, shaping the future of our talent acquisition and organizational growth. This position requires close collaboration with hiring managers and leaders to attract and hire exceptional professionals who can thrive in a fast-paced AI-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for GTM roles including Account Executives, BDRs, Solutions Engineers, and Marketing professionals.
• Develop and implement role-specific sourcing strategies using advanced recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-driven technologies.
• Partner strategically with hiring managers to define role requirements, challenge assumptions, and adjust priorities as needed.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, prompt feedback, and a hiring process aligned with Taktile’s values.
• Utilize recruitment data analytics to monitor pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable hiring insights.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals and headcount plans.
• Enhance hiring quality by supporting recruitment framework improvements and structured interview processes.
• Promote employer brand through events, content creation, and community engagement to increase candidate attraction.
• Coordinate with People Operations to facilitate seamless onboarding, relocation support, and visa processes as required.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of practical recruitment experience in dynamic environments, ideally high-growth startups.
• Expertise in recruiting across various GTM functions with strong ability to identify and engage top talent.
• Experience as a trusted advisor and collaborator with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Proficiency with AI tools integrated into recruiting workflows for sourcing, outreach personalization, candidate assessment, and pipeline management.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS software, and productivity suites like Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle recruitment across multiple levels from recent graduates to senior executives.
• Skilled in conducting competency-based and behavioral interviews to evaluate candidate fit and potential.
• Experience managing both high-volume and niche role searches.
• Capability to analyze recruitment metrics including time-to-hire and source effectiveness to continuously improve hiring processes.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Background in B2B SaaS recruitment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Ashby recruitment platform is a plus but not mandatory.
