Role Overview

This senior role demands end-to-end recruitment ownership for Go-To-Market (GTM) positions including pre- and post-sales, solutions architects, as well as General & Administrative (G&A) functions such as marketing, legal, HR, IT, procurement, and executive support based on capacity.

Responsibilities cover intake meetings, crafting precise job profiles, sourcing talent, assessing candidates, strategizing offers, and managing the closing process. Close collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional teams (People Ops, Finance, Legal) is expected to ensure structured, equitable recruiting practices that enhance candidate progression and hiring quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A roles, ensuring timely and quality hiring outcomes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, leveling, compensation, and interview frameworks.
• Manage recruitment operations using ATS and relevant analytics tools, driving data-informed decision-making.
• Build and maintain pipelines, especially for challenging managerial and director-level hires.
• Balance recruiting demands across diverse job portfolios while maintaining high standards.

Candidate Profile

• Over 5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, notably within GTM and G&A roles in fast-growing technology or related sectors.
• Proven track record in hiring G&A specialties such as finance, legal, and HR.
• Expertise in translating vague role requirements into focused recruitment plans.
• Strong skills in offer formulation and candidate closure based on data-driven compensation insights.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and Tableau.
• Exceptional ability to pivot between GTM and G&A recruitment tasks without compromising efficiency.
