Our Sydney office is seeking a Senior Recruiter to become a vital part of our Talent Acquisition team, partnering with leaders across the organization to influence our growth and culture by recruiting the most capable, driven, and empathetic talent. This position primarily works with go-to-market teams across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle from identifying passive candidates to extending offers, ensuring a remarkable candidate experience while attracting high-caliber talent to advance Klaviyo.
- Enhance recruiting processes by using data analytics and adopting AI tools to increase efficiency and productivity in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate communications.
- Develop meaningful relationships with candidates and hiring managers through empathy and a people-centered approach.
- Represent Klaviyo positively through various outreach methods, serving as the first impression for potential candidates and balancing individualized candidate care with company hiring goals.
- Commit to continuous learning and development within the role to advance personal and professional growth aligned with Klaviyo’s culture.
Candidate Profile
- Possess over 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in growing or scaling sales organizations.
- Strong relationship-building skills driven by empathy and a people-first mindset.
- Data-driven and result-focused attitude with a commitment to accountability and ownership.
- Comfortable with challenges and motivated by ongoing learning and self-improvement.
- Effective at balancing an excellent candidate experience while achieving aggressive hiring targets.
- Proactive user of AI and innovative recruiting technologies to boost recruitment effectiveness.
- Must have valid work authorization for Australia.

Additional Information and Terms
- We incorporate Covey assessments as part of hiring and promotion processes starting in 2025.
- Salary range in AUD: $124,000 to $186,000, based on skills, experience, education, and location.
- Total compensation may include annual bonuses, equity, sign-on bonuses, and comprehensive health and wellbeing benefits.
- Role may require up to 10% travel for onboarding, meetings, or events with prior arrangement.
