Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical positions, covering roles from entry-level to leadership in engineering and product teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify workforce requirements, establish selection criteria, and develop scalable sourcing strategies that address both present and future talent demands.
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods such as Boolean searches, social media platforms, professional networks, events, employee referrals, and campus recruitment to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Perform comprehensive screening and interviewing to assess candidates’ technical skills and behavioral attributes while ensuring fairness and inclusiveness in the recruitment process.
- Support candidates and hiring managers throughout all stages of recruitment including engagement, feedback collection, offer negotiation, as well as preboarding and onboarding processes.
- Provide valuable market intelligence by delivering insights on talent trends and competitor analysis that inform hiring strategies and workforce planning.
- Continuously seek enhancements in recruitment processes by adopting new technologies and data-driven hiring approaches to improve time-to-fill, hire quality, and candidate experience.
- Enhance employer branding efforts and participate in talent marketing activities to attract suitable candidates.
- Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, diversity equity inclusion statistics, and feedback scores.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Possesses 8 to 12 years of experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions in fast-growing product companies or AdTech sectors.
- Proven track record in successfully closing technical roles from initial sourcing to onboarding, with expertise in Boolean search techniques and recruitment technologies.
- Strong knowledge of key technical and non-technical job roles and the ability to align recruitment outcomes with organizational needs.
- Outstanding communication skills, stakeholder engagement, and influencing abilities combined with a servant leadership approach.
- Experienced with modern applicant tracking systems, recruitment marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Holding certifications in Recruiting or Human Resources such as SHRM or NIPM.
- Experience driving initiatives related to employer branding, workforce planning, or diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
