Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Quantum Solutions Engineer to join our Quantum Applications delivery team. This role focuses on tailoring, integrating, and deploying Pasqal’s quantum machine learning algorithms to meet the needs of our clients and partners. Your mission will be to convert existing quantum ML methods into dependable client-facing solutions, while also contributing to method improvements when such enhancements directly benefit project results.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and implement Pasqal’s quantum-enhanced graph ML algorithms to align with customer data, constraints, and performance goals.
• Develop and sustain reliable machine learning pipelines encompassing data ingestion, preprocessing, training, evaluation, and post-processing stages, integrating with quantum execution workflows and simulation platforms.
• Define and manage baselines, metrics, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders, continuously refining solutions until delivery objectives are fulfilled.
• Partner with internal R&D teams to transition research methods to applied use cases, clarifying assumptions and selecting optimal approaches.
• Collaborate with hardware and platform teams to deploy solutions on Pasqal QPUs, considering hardware and execution limitations and ensuring operational reliability.
• Engage closely with domain experts from prominent enterprises and partners to deliver solutions to practical business challenges.
• Produce clear, maintainable code, thorough documentation, and transfer materials to ensure solution reusability and ongoing support.
• Maintain an active scientific and technological watch, staying current with quantum computing advancements.
