The role involves thorough testing including smoke, regression, feature, and exploratory tests to ensure quality releases. You will actively participate in release planning and serve as the QA voice for the product.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive testing of iOS and Android native apps.
• Perform various testing types including smoke, regression, feature, and exploratory tests.
• Engage in release planning and represent QA perspectives for the products.
• Analyze network traces and device logs to identify defect root causes.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end UI test automation for mobile applications.
• Assess test outcomes and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify needs and improve test scenarios for robust quality assurance.
• Stay current with advancements in technology, standards, protocols, and tools in the fast-evolving digital space.
• Solve complex business challenges ensuring scalability, security, and high performance of the product.
• Understand mobile application architectures and call flows.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over four years’ experience in software development lifecycle or testing phases.
• At least one year of backend testing experience using tools like POSTMAN.
• Hands-on experience testing mobile applications on Android and iOS devices.
• Experience building and managing testability tools such as virtual services and test data services.
• Strong results-driven approach with excellent communication skills.
• A continuous learner mindset with creativity and innovative thinking.
• Empathy towards users and awareness of diverse cultural and social impacts of the work.

Additional Advantages

• Experience with mobile app debugging and automated testing tools.
• Proficient in GUI automation using frameworks like Selenium and Appium, as well as unit test frameworks like xUnit and Jest.
