Payroll Executive

Overview

Join Snoonu as a Payroll Executive responsible for accurately processing and managing timely payrolls for a diverse set of employees including those in Snoomart, Grocery, Garage, Accommodation, HM Delivery, Support Delivery, and full-time riders and drivers. You will oversee leave and final settlements, respond to payroll queries, prepare bank files, and ensure the payroll system is closed properly each cycle. This position is essential to guaranteeing correct and punctual employee compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute monthly payroll processing for multiple business units such as Snoomart, Grocery, Garage, Accommodation, and various delivery and support teams.
• Manage payroll for both full-time and 3PL riders and drivers, including their booking and bank file preparation.
• Process leave balances and final settlements for full-time riders and drivers ensuring calculations are precise and punctual.
• Address and resolve daily payroll-related questions concerning settlements and fines.
• Coordinate the distribution of cash salaries among Accommodation, Snoomart, Garage staff, and full-time riders and drivers.
• Finalize and close payroll cycles in the Keka system for full-time staff and riders/drivers.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Three to four years of payroll experience, preferably across multiple employee groups or divisions.
• Familiarity with payroll software such as Keka and proficiency in Excel for bank file creation.
• Strong attention to detail with in-depth knowledge of leave and final settlement procedures.
• Ability to confidently manage and resolve payroll queries from a varied workforce.
• Exceptional organizational skills to handle concurrent payroll processes across different units.
